a tale of tails, tenacity, and tedium, as told by me, usually barefoot and bellowing

Playing With Dogs

Lil had to play stick
Having found a spot over their heads
They weren't sure how to cross.
Bonnie tried to clear it
but
She could never make it across with a jump.
The water normally is clear.
Doesn't take long for a pack to stir up the sand.
The pack looked for squirrels
and underground monsters.
They will rest well tonight.

This is how I see my pets. Trained very well at a call and protection, but having a blast playing and romping about. This is a dog's life, eh Gail. Thank you for these lovely photos. I love the one you caught Bonnie in mid air - bet she was surprised when she hit the water. Your dogs are HAPPY :)Give my best to Marcy - I hope she is doing well with winter gone - tell her it is spring in the Maritimes, but we are having a snowstorm today with freezing rain. Olde Man Winter can be such an ass at times. hehe lol

Life is so good to be a dog, but oh little underground monsters beware! I really like As it Seems too, and what an awesome video they took with it, and so amazing how that wheel went on and on!

oh my dogs would be so jealous if they saw this.
walks on lead just don't bring the same excitement as a romp in the woods. THanks for sharing the fun.
