Two Shoes Tuesday For Mary

I've written many words through the years.  I've met many wise, funny, wonderful people.  I'm still amazed that I can visit someone from around the world.  We are the same.  We are different.  It works.
Meet Lilly At Saucykodz Blog.  This is one super lady.  She has brought me smiles, laughter, hope and encouragement.  I have a confession...the name of her blog drew me in...I had to find out who would use such a brave title.  I have not been disappointed.

Recently I asked Lilly how her friend Mary has been doing.  I discovered Lilly has been reading my blog to her.  She told me how much Mary enjoyed all sides of me:  the dark side, the poetry side, the animal lover side and the crazy side.

Hello dear Mary through SaucyKodz Blog.  I am honored to know my words are enjoyed.

I know we are not the first nor will we be the last to connect in a world that has grown very small indeed.

Nice to meet you, Mary!  For you:

Happy New Year!

That's really cool she reads it to her! I think that's all we want to know - is that our words are enjoyed by someone.
Happy New Year, Gail!

What a wonderful greeting to send to across so many miles to a new friend via blog! I agree with you, the magic of the Internet to connect our hearts and lives never ceases to delight me! As different as we all are, I know that I could sit down with anyone on my blogroll, just as I got to do one warm September day with you, and find myself in wonderful company!

Your blog, just like you, is a delightful mish-mash, and the photos you share are awesome! Wishing you a great year coming up, looking very much forward to more great stuff to read here! XOXO, Josie

Thank you so much for that. I went down to hospital today and read your blog to Mary. She thought that was so nice of you to say hello across the miles and include photos just for her. When I said this greeting came just for "Her", she said "Really, just for me" - she was very touched and also thank you to some of your friends that sent wishes her way. I read all the comments. This truly brightened up her day that people from so far away thought of her. From my heart Gail, I thank you.
lol n Happy New Year to you all. Lilly
p.s. I agree totally with Alex and Sandra :)
