Today I try to catch up, make a come back, a turn around...all those things you do after a total fall into a stew of apathy, banality, complacency, detachment, emotionlessness, futility, grouchiness, halfheartedness and insensitivity well seasoned with a big dash of jack-assed-ness (taking me from A to J in one post).
May the waters be clear
and my thoughts become focused.

Gail, I feel your pain. However, I think it may not be some of these things or the lack of some of these things. Perhaps, just maybe, it is being overwhelmed by these things. I know it happens to me. You are human. Be gentle with yourself. Take time when you need it, and don't feel guilty. May you come back stronger. Hug.

I was delighted to come and find this post, and I love how you wrapped up A-J so neatly and concisely. I contemplated not participating too. Sometimes we think what we have to share isn't good enough, isn't worth, or has to be long and a piece of literary excellence... HOGWASH!
