a tale of tails, tenacity, and tedium, as told by me, usually barefoot and bellowing

Inconsistency

"In The Beginning", in my opinion, is one of the best opening lines of all times.  I shall borrow it today...In the beginning I signed up for A to Z Challenge then that insecure person I TRY to keep hidden showed up again.  She (crazy bitch) took my name off the list.

Today I try to catch up, make a come back, a turn around...all those things you do after a total fall into a stew of apathy, banality, complacency, detachment, emotionlessness, futility, grouchiness, halfheartedness and insensitivity well seasoned with a big dash of  jack-assed-ness (taking me from A to J in one post).

May the waters be clear
and my thoughts become focused.
Many thanks.

Gail, I feel your pain. However, I think it may not be some of these things or the lack of some of these things. Perhaps, just maybe, it is being overwhelmed by these things. I know it happens to me. You are human. Be gentle with yourself. Take time when you need it, and don't feel guilty. May you come back stronger. Hug.

I was delighted to come and find this post, and I love how you wrapped up A-J so neatly and concisely. I contemplated not participating too. Sometimes we think what we have to share isn't good enough, isn't worth, or has to be long and a piece of literary excellence... HOGWASH! Blogging is for the joy of it, and the sharing and you have many who care about you here! I love your picture posts reminding of the beautiful place you reside, I love your "tails" of life there, and most of all I love you! Carry on! And have fun checking out a few new ones on the list, when I do it motivates me to blog more! :-) XOXO

Don't despair! We all fall down those holes now and then...so you're not alone. You've a lot of friends to keep you company, and push you back to the top and out again. :)

I really enjoyed your A-J catch-up.
You are the endearing kind of character that makes me smile.
(As I've told you many times, so like my eldest sister.)

=)
