Yes, so true. I love the carving on the wood. Things just aren't made that way any longer - well, I suppose they may be, but they are far out of my price range! I love how you caught the light with the goblet (? I think that's what it is). It becomes very intriguing with the lighting and the close-up view.
I do love some of the details you are showing here and wonder what bigger elements they are a part of. I love the little girl and the dog. The dog with the scary face is less attractive. You could have left him out. He doesn't belong. I guess you put him in for the surprise effect.

So true.
Love the first one. :)
Ain't that the truth! That last one really does look like a bad dog. :)

Yep, know what you mean. It's why I try to key in on close-ups in many of my photos. Interesting photos on your post.
nicely done.
That first one captured my hear. How great it is.
Now the last one....in the word of my two year old grandson (His parents are dogsittin' his Unks dog) "Cloe..she's a big bad dog!"
Kinda freaks me out. Heeehehehe!

Isn't that the truth?

Yep, I agree! That top piece is pretty darn sweet!
Oops on that last one. Not too sure about that snarling face.
