that is why you're suffering. The great news is none of our traveling party pushed, shoved nor hefted any other members over the multitude of rims and edges. It would have been easy but the altitude had us all a little short of breath.

I'll bet the Grand Canyon was beautiful. What are those huts in the last shot?
Some great views of wide spaces . . .
oh, love the last shot! the fence is great, the pueblos, too. the mountains / buttes / ?? in the background!
Fantastic photos ! Looks scary high up there . Glad you are having a great time and thanks for sharing it all with us . Have a good day !
those homes in that last shot would be great for here, hurricanes could not blow them away... i would NOT stand where you were standing, it made my stomach hurt looking at the canyon from here. what a fun trip you had
Gail,
Beautiful pictures of the Grand Canyon, family, and clay huts.
It's a good thing no one in the family got hurt while walking the rim of the canyon.
I love this part of the United States, it's like walking on a peace of heaven. Every rock has history to it's name. There's never enough time to really enjoy all that is around you when visiting. You need a good several months to really appreciate all of God's heaven in Arizona.
Look at that view! I have wanted to go to the Grand Canyon all my life. Glad to see you all survived the trip :)

It is all very nice and deserty. I think you look like you had a great time. But like every thing is is nice to get home.
The Grand Canyon is just amazing. Glad everyone survived and no family members were heaved.
The altitude makes all the difference in the air, doesn't it?
Gail, what a lovely trip. I don't get out much either, so thanks for taking us all along on your journey vicariously through you and your pics.
What a great view..the height would have made me nervous..prairie people should not visit that canyon!
Looks like a great trip! I have enjoyed all your photos. I hope you are getting along okay with that new camera:)
I saw the Grand canyon and was very impressed. I'm glad you got to see it too and that we share this experience. Desert air is good air to breathe.
Those are some incredible and breathtaking views!
Wonderful photos, Gail. Glad you all had a good time and got home safely. ♥
Would you believe that you and I stood in the same spot. I recognize the view behind you and I remember how I wanted to lie down and not stand up straigh. Heights scare me half to death!
You really saw a lot of cool sights on this trip. Thanks for giving us a little glimpse. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
