a tale of tails, tenacity, and tedium, as told by me, usually barefoot and bellowing

Sometimes...

life gets in the way...
and the plans you made are put aside
for something different.

The shop is going well, however,
it has increased my time spent at work.
Five for the post office and one for the shop,
plus evenings.
Throw in some football,
dirty laundry and dishes,
livestock, then stir well...
doesn't leave much time
for commenting on your wonderful blogs.
I apologize for that.
Soon, I will have time to smell the roses
and visit my friends.
Until then, may your sunsets always be beautiful,
your roses smell sweet,
and may your team always win.

Nice pictures of the rose and the sunset. We do get busy from time to time, just come visit when you can :)

Haven't posted anything to comment on, haha.

Take a bit of time for yourself when you get that moment. We'll still be here when you get back. ♥

It's all about priorities. You must put family and obligations -- first. And...that should me right? HA!

Busy, busy. No surprise.

Often life interferes with my plans as it seems to have done with yours. As I get older it's harder and harder to adjust to those interferences. And I get tireder and tireder! Take a little time off when you can; rest and rejuvenate. blessings, marlene

Hey - guess what? Life happens. It isn't all about the blog. We understand. Don't worry....be happy!

I've been very busy myself and also have not been reading or commenting as much. I tried to catch up on my reading last night but sleep got in the way.

Yeah, life gets in the way, sometimes. But if that weren't true we'd all be tuned in to blogger, posting and commenting, and thinking we should get a life!

Gail, at least you are keeping up a bit better than I am! My job has been incredibly exhausting and by the time I get home the last thing I want to do is get on the computer! Going on a little photography jaunt Sunday at a corn maze. Hopefully this and the cooler weather will put me back in the photographing mood and blogging mood! Glad you are doing well! Miss ya! Tara

Some days/weeks it is just hard to stay up with it all. Sounds like you are doing good things! That's what counts, right?

I don't see how you do it all...really I don't. Though sometimes I swear I would get just as much done if I had a "real" job...thought I know I wouldn't like my life near as much...

If I had a 'real' life, I wouldn't be able to spend so much time blogging in the middle of the night. I would be sound asleep now. I hope you keep managing to juggle your life somehow. Maybe it will get easier soon. Wishful thinking?

I hear you. Just post when you can. We like to hear. Don't worry about keeping up with blogs. It takes the fun out of it. Ask me how I know.
