Faces From The Shop

Today I worked at the family "shop".
Many people enjoy the step back in time.
Memories resurface from times past
Treasures tucked in every corner
With faces everywhere
Some old friends
And some that are a little scary
Faces we have grown up with
Remind us of the child still inside.
Tucked in surprise places
Familiar faces make us smile
Others make you wonder...
how in the heck did they think of that.

I love the very first one the best, with the great poem and the sweet little birds.

WOW, treasures indeed and it sure would be fun to walk through your shop and browse for a bit - a stroll back in time. NEAT
You are going to laugh when I tell you I was shoveling snowbanks in my shorts and tank top yesterday. Yes, spring n summer came overnight. The temp soared up to 72 today and the sun beat down on the snow and ice banks. I decided to break that up a bit so I can open the gate to the back yard and prepare to get my motorbike ready for its first run. I am happy now to be able to walk on sidewalks as the tremendous rainstorm this past week took care of that. Aah, such is life in the Maritimes where the weather changes in the blink of an eye. Have a wonderful day and hugz to Marcy, hellos to Family :)

Loved seeing the little "Wishnik" doll with rainbow hair. We used to have a collection of them as kids, haven't seen one in ages!

If I admit I remember all of these faces, I'm really aging myself.
