And The Band Plays On

I fired the photographer.
She was fourteen rows away.

Chuck McKnight wrote a program of the history of rock and roll. Chuck narrated and played.  Chaney, Sitton, Gillihan, Yow, McKnight and Cone are the new Highway 289 Band.  Andrew was invited as a special guest.  The link will take you to a medley of blues and rock and roll.

Radio station was broad casting live.

I'm a proud grandmother but a lousy photographer.

Love it, love it! I would have a hard time making a video- because I would be moving to the beat..you did good!

The Green Onions video below is very cool, and what wonderful guitar playing! I like this picture because it has a real ambiance and is gritty and moody.

Andrew has talent and I hope it takes him far in live because it is obviously in his blood to perform on the guitar. What could be a better life than to make a living doing what you love to do?

He just amazes me, and I'm so delighted he's being welcomed into the music community there, it's a powerful beginning for such a young man. I suspect we'll be seeking his autographs some day... save those baby photos, they could make you rich! :-)

Whenever I take photos at concerts, I use the edit on my computer and lighten it up a little.

This is better than most of them I've seen, to be honest. Mine are often way darker, and I am always taking photos at concerts.

Well done.

=)
