a tale of tails, tenacity, and tedium, as told by me, usually barefoot and bellowing

Gonna Share A Secret

I'm not the normal run of the mill sixty-year-old.  Surprised?  I hear you laughing!  No secret there.

Just to assure you even when sick I do some important things even through my suffering.  I've read a few books, cluttered my coffee table, and painted some oddities.
Empty yogurt cups have many uses
Eyes for my Gate Guardian...what good is a Guardian that can't see?
I remembered this piece and brought it inside.
Disassembled it
and disturbed a winter home.
I let him outside...
didn't want him crossbreeding with the spiders I already raise in the house.
I'm sure you're wondering what I'm doing.
It's okay.  Sometimes I wonder, too.
Between my Gate Guardian and my Stump Spy
nothing enters my yard undetected.
My very own Redneck Home Security System.
See why I'm never bored?

Good morning, what a cute post. I love your Gate Guardian and the Stump Spy. You are well protected there. I would not want any spiders crossbreeding in my house, I do not like spiders. Happy Thursday, enjoy your day!

Yep, nothing gets you down! Very cool, and yes I was extremely curious, and of course now I'm thinking I need a stump spy too! Your guardian gate guy is cute too, but stumpy he totally rocks. One might even wonder, is there a camera in there! Heheheh! They'll never know.

Gail, you are so creative and it really adds a nice vibe to your place. I try to let spiders go as well, need to keep the balance. I do agree guardians need to have eyes. The stump spy is adorable.
