Rooster Cogburn Finds His Crow

Has healed enough to roam.
Since my water gardens are pet friendly
RC stops in for a drink.

Things are looking up.  Less poop on the porch and his crows echo around the water garden instead of off my bedroom window.  RC still sleeps and eats with the dogs but I think he's remembered he is a rooster now.

Well done Rooster Cogburn ...
I love reading, seeing and hearing about him - he's a star.

Have a lovely weekend, and so pleased you are feeling better.

All the best Jan

I need to read back and see what happened to RC. At the doctor's office parking lot yesterday there was a huge crow in a small tree near us that was so loud we stopped to see where he was. They are huge birds.

We have never had dogs that would be safe for a chicken to roost with!

Oh good, it is so nice when they remember who they are, I still have a rooster who thinks he is supposed to sit in the nest box all day.

The rooster who thought he was a dog. Sounds like a great children's book to me!

Aww...he is quite a cool little guy. I am happy he made it and is thriving. I am glad he never gave up and that you didn't either. He is blessed!
P.S. Should have my computer soon.
