Hope you get it fixed soon. We are thinking of changing our internet provider because it's driving us crazy.

Arrgghhh! Technology is wonderful when it works, and so darn frustrating when it doesn't! I understand totally about wanting/needing a quiet spot to write. Hopefully you'll be able to get everything repaired/replaced in no time. We don't want you to disappear on us! XOXO
