a tale of tails, tenacity, and tedium, as told by me, usually barefoot and bellowing

I May Be Gabbed Out

I am having a little trouble finding words this morning. I know that happens to everyone. I think it may be 'cause I am so darned tired!

I have two full days ahead of me with work at home. Andrew has a birthday party and a demolition derby tonight. Hopefully, Papa will cover those so I don't have to get dressed today. I love just working in my pjs and at the end of the day, shower and change into more pjs...how's that for lazy?

I really think I am turning into a hermit. I go to work and do my job quite well but at home I want solitude and quiet. I do not want to go buy groceries, I do not want to go shopping or visiting. I just want to stay in my pjs and be lazy.

The weather is beautiful, warm and breezy. I think I shall go back to bed.

You aren't the only one who likes to stay in their PJs all day. I do it often in the winter. So enjoy your quiet and lazy day.

You're not a hermit if you go to work everyday.....unless you work completely alone, maybe. Enjoy your peaceful times at home!

I think going to work everyday is enough out of the house time. I love being home.

I'm a hermit during the weekends too, except that I have to walk the dog three times a day and have to get dressed. He forces me out in public. Oh, and I had to go grocery shopping. It couldn't be helped. But yeah, I am a hermit too by nature.

Tomorrow will be a stay in the jammies day for me. I do it Monday thru Friday too. I stay in my PJs until exactly 3 PM then I shower and put on scrubs (identical except for color to my pjs) and start all over again. My dad used to always say, "get up, go to work, go home, go to bed, get up, go to work, go home'....over and over and over again.

You deserve to stay just as you are on the weekends.
