a tale of tails, tenacity, and tedium, as told by me, usually barefoot and bellowing

Done, Finished, Completed...

Ahhhh, we said. Mmmm, the cattle said, as they checked out their new addition.  It wasn't a big plate we added to the menu but it's the greenest plate we have in this valley.  Still no rain but we'll dine on green grass for a few days.  I, for one, am glad it's over, now for the other fifty acres that need fencing...
She's happier than a California cow!
The late babies line up.
Everybody tries a bite,
The Boss checks the boundaries,
and the pig out begins.

That looks very lush and the cows look happy. That's a job well done and you should feel very satisfied.

If they are anything like some of the livestock we've had over the years they'll soon be trying to break out--just for the hell of it--as animals do!

Just goes to show ya, all the 'happy cows' aren't in California.

Even after the deluge yesterday we are still brown as burnt toast. Hopefully a little sunshine upon the wet ground will change that.

You have a blessed day my friend!

Those happy california cows btw were filmed in New Zealand. There a small kerfuffle about state paid ads being filmed out of state right now.

I've often wondered how happy a California cow really is? Is that first cow sticking its tongue out at you? :)

Be cool my friend :D

They sure do look happy! And you're right, exactly how happy CAN a cow be from California?
