How great it must be to be a kid on a farm!
Wonderful post and photos ! He is a cutie ! Have a great day !
That is so cute, looks like our creek, when it rains much we have a good running creek, when it does not it is dry, he was able to float that boat a good ways, hugs and have a very blessed weekend.
Who needs TV! Life on the farm has too much to offer! He is so cute! I love kids, but I especially love 'em when they are in that early learning 'sponge' stage!
Nothing more fun than a little one floating a stick in the water...except maybe watching them do it:)
Somehow I'm reminded of Winnie the Pooh. What a great age Zander is right now.
I love that nickname. And isn't childhood lovely?=)
Forget expensive toys - just give him a piece of wood! Isn't that always the way - the kid will play with the BOX instead of the toy that came in it!
The simple pleasures of natures toys. Brings back memories of how my son would play for hours with sticks and rocks building roads, dams and just having fun in the great outdoors! I think farm kids have it best of all! =)
I'm just visiting from A View From the Edge. Love your photos! Congrats on your award.
Haha. That's great, Gail. Hope you're all doing well! :)
That sounds like an awful lot of fun for a little boy to do. Sometimes I wish I was a little kid again, but then on your farm.
We call that pooh sticks (who invented the game...)http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poohsticks
I can remember playing in the water like that when I was a kid. Such fun.
Adorable! Thanks for the big smiles!
Oh! That looks like fun! I would love to play in the water again. My kids would, too, I'm sure!If it ever rains here again we are going to stand outside in it and play!~Lisa
