My holey rolls project is working fairly well but need to stabilize them more. This is on the screened porch...The Dreaming Porch. The old warming oven is from my childhood "playhouse" in the glade.
I continue to work on my new water garden. I have "created" a visual rustic block enclosing under the screened porch by adding old tin and tiny scraps of board with one old vent cover along the top. The weather has slowed my progress a little. The next project while in the planning stage is to visually block the under side of the porch...instant dog lounge. Cool, shaded, dirt to dig and I don't have to see it.
With a few tools, some boards good for nothing else and some time...
One more little piddly project done with nothing but recycled wood.
"Waste not, want not."
Wondering what insane project I will do next?
Me, too!

Look how creative you are . . . looks great!
Good use of what's on hand!
You would have a field day on our farm......all outbuildings are filled with 'stuff'.
lOOKS RUSTIC - job well done and the air can flow through creating nice shade for doggz - this is starting to take nice shape. I know its going to be mind blowing when you are done - I just know it. Hugz to Marcy :)
my eyes shot straight to that warming oven, even though i did not know what it was.. i love it... and these are not insane, they are 'inspired'
assuming the dogs still have access from another side, though, right?
Nice job! Are your family members getting nervous that you are going to do a "do over" on them? Ha!
Love your insane projects:) Hug B
good for dogs!! Have a great weekend, Gail!
So can the dogs still get under there?
I love the look of your Dreamin' Porch and you are so clever...the wood siding looks wonderful. Oma Linda

Well now, ain't that nice!? You did good!
Can I hire you out to do our porch?! Didn't think so!
This is great! We need more people like you!
You always have so many nice projects going on. I like all of the work you have done so far.
My dog's favorite place is under my front porch. They have huge holes dug to get out of the summer heat. At least I know where they are on hot days !!
Have a blessed weekend

Great job, Gail. Congratulations! :-)
I love recycling things. Using what you have on the farm without going out and buying stuff is my kind of thing. Great job Gail, now how are the dogs acting since they don't have their lounge any more?
You've been busy! I love that warming oven! And you did good with the many different types of wood! It looks sharp!
