a tale of tails, tenacity, and tedium, as told by me, usually barefoot and bellowing

Home

The mushroom was but a small thing
In my world that was so large
When I looked closer
I knew a Greater Power was in charge.

No matter how small the item
No matter how tiny a thing
We can see the Creator
And hear Creation sing

In my mind I traveled
Under the mushroom dome
I sat to enjoy the view
And knew that I was home

Wow. Such power in your words. Hope you're putting a book together. Have I mentioned that before? :)

Amen! That's nice. How can we not look at everything in this world and know it was Created?

It is not hard to imagine a world's view from under a toadstool- how tiny we must all look to Him. Yet he knows every grain of sand. I love your poetry- I agree with Empty Nester- I hope you are putting these all into a book.

I just love this thought. It is mot always the vista that is wonderful but what you see when you look down or in small corners of the place you stand now
