Rain!

Dramatic skies
delivered rain.
Boldly
the sky blessed the land
and the valley was renewed.

That third photo is scary. Almost looks like a funnel forming. Same with the first one.

I am so glad you got rain and it cooled off. That is so rejuvenating.

Love those angry looking skies - just remarkable!! We too, are hoping for some rainfall this weekend. If we get it, it will be the first measurable rain since the beginning of June...very unusual for the Pacific NW! It's been a dry, warm to hot - and very long summer here. Not our usual temperate climate for sure. So glad your little piece of heaven was blessed!!

Shades of silver and gray, laden with rain. Oh, how I want to leap through this screen.

Clouds are one of my very favorite things to take pictures of and yours are wonderful. We were hoping for rain..but so far it has not come. We are still hoping. It sprinkled lightly early last evening and the temps dropped.
Gail..thank you for your dear comment. :) You always make me feel good. Always.
Sending you a HUGE hug!!
