We Shall Overcome

The dog who fears water
Named Number Eighteen and Lizzy she became.
Lizzy has joined the pack of water dogs...finally!
Lizzy is still not a joyful swimmer even after four years but she braved chest deep.
We're proud of you, Lizzy!

It is not brave if you have no fear. That she has overcome her fear shows true bravery. Kudos Lizzy.

Lizzy was just testing if it's true or not that nipples stand up when cold! ;)

I don't think my dog ever had a chance to "swim". She hates rain and baths but I'd think she's like the water ironically. She loved jumping in the snow

This little girl is finding her courage! Our Gracie is also a timid one, but wit each passing year she becomes braver and more willing to try what the others do. I have a special heart for those who have to overcome their fears! <3
