Why Didn't Someone Tell Me???

That milk can looked like crap??? I think this looks much better. The table was made by Dad. The milk can has a new life now as an umbrella holder and looks much better there.
Bev says we just have to keep moving until every thing finds its home.

New place for my show ribbons

Bev has trimmed my hair that I cut the other night, honoring a friend. Cutting my own hair is not self-mutilation as some foster children's therapist say, it is just not having time to get to an appointment. Was a busy day...please, note shirt.

Self mutilation? How odd....I always cut my own hair since my best friend who happened to be my hairdresser passed away 11 years ago. As hard as I have tried to find someone to cut my hair as well as her, I have never found anyone who 1. listens 2. speaks passable english 3. doesn't charge 60 dollars for a simple cut.

It just isn't worth it to me anymore - and I do a heck of a good job if I do say so myself! :)

I think your hair looks adorable.

Some day I will get brave enough to go really short (hair style), hubby fusses so, But he doesn't have to fuss over this long mop of mine:)
I love the view of move it till it finds its spot! (and your label of still organizing and cleaning and rearranging-a label for my life:)

Aside from cutting my fringe I'm far too vain to consider cutting my own hair! (especially since it's short) ;-)

I like you with the short hair-cut. I've been trying to let mine grow a little longer, but with summer right around the corner, I will be getting mine cut shorter next cut. But I'm not brave enough to cut my own.

And you are getting me in the mood to start some long over due spring cleaning. I just need to find Mr. Energy!! I don't know where he went over the winter. ;)

Your hair looks adorable. I'm going to do the same this month-as soon as I can get to the salon. I'm not brave enough to cut my own.

I pretty much always cut my own hair...I'm not vain when it comes to that. The other day, I took off about 3 inches, but made Cowboy "even" it up in back for me! He was nervous and I said it doesn't have to be perfect!! I can't see it and I generally grab it all in band anyhow and tuck it under my hat!!
Your cut looks great!!

I love your rustic walls! That's a great idea to keep moving things around until they look right.

Your hair looks nice....cool and easy. I've cut my own hair for several years....probably why it looks so bad all the time. But, it saves money and I always hated making hair appointments, anyway.

Your hair looks great, Gail. It suits you quite well. You have the kind of face that goes well with short hair. We could be twins now.
