When There's A Job...

Bosses are very important.
We have to direct the worker,
Making sure he does it right.
Making piles to burn and making our work easier.
Then we have to inspect.

I'm off to mow my acre of lawn in this 40-50 mph wind. Is that crazy or what??? I'm twisted that way....I like my lawn even. :o)

I like to be the supervisor best. I'm real good at that and give people a lot of independence and responsibility. Just as long as they do the job right and don't fool around.
