a tale of tails, tenacity, and tedium, as told by me, usually barefoot and bellowing

Feeding Cattle After Dark

They do run a little since you have managed to be two hours late to feed them!  It is a good thing we are in the Mule.  These spots are bugs, wonderful bugs everywhere.  It is a good idea to keep your mouth closed while driving to feed.
Confused, at first,
they find the feed.
We may have been late
but better late than never.

Better late then never for them to belly up to the old grain bar. It happens often 'round here.

Enjoy your evening. I sure hope your gettin' rain. We have 4.4/10's so far. It's come a flood today.

God bless ya :o)

Nice looking cows. Are they Limousin? As far as the chuck wagon goes better late than never, eh? Those girls don't look like they've missed too many meals, lol.

It is that time of year again, isn't it?
The cows were probably wondering what the heck was going on. :)

I'm sure you were very welcome, no matter the time of night. That food must always be a treat and if I were a cow, I would be happy to eat it in the dark. They sure are a pretty color and they look good.
