Southern Fried Electronics and Flash Fried Tree

Thank all of you who voiced concern during my absence.  I have some funny movies to share but Google has been accommodating as usual. What should have taken only minutes has taken all evening to share.  Enjoy!
Excuse the dirty words and the hysteria.  I've been through a few tornadoes and thunder storms and do respect the power and danger. I think the big mouthed female behind the camera adds to the humor.
With people losing homes and more during this awful weather
we have been very blessed when electronics is all we lose.
We hope all remain safe.

OMG - how scary. Especially to be out on the porch taking a video when it happened.
I hope your car is OK.

Wow that was huge!!! I am so glad you were safe. I was thinking about you this morning so glad you posted today. I know the rain is nice but that lighting was way too close. I enjoy your videos.

Gail,

They say when the thunder rolls....it rolls where you live. Thank God, no one in your family got hurt while outside on the porch. Lightning sure has a strange way of letting us know it's there. Showing us these videos (evidence) made the hair on my airs stand up.

WOW - you were indeed lucky to escape worse damage from that storm - watched both videos and the sound of the thunder booming in my ears, would have chased me into the house. Nice that TM came when you called - standing by a tree watching - YIKES?
The videos were great Gail and thankyou for sharing - so glad that you all are OK. I know TM had some damage to his truck, but how did you make out with your car. BTW, I like the colour of yours - mine is gray. No problem to read your post today. Have a good one :) Hi to all.
