Warm weather brings the snakes out to eat bugs and more.
The Farm Pack found a snake.
Perfect timing for a little training for Bonnie.
Bonnie has never met a snake but
she had a good time anyway.
Now that she has smelled snake parts
she has delivered two turtles and one lizard
to my back door.
Gonna have to fine tune that training.

Good Job Dogs - well, Bonnie is trying, she just isn't sure what gifts to bring home to you just yet. She is young, but by watching pack, she will learn and a few lessons from you too. I am wondering if the dogs eat the snake or just deliver it to you??
Poor snake. He was just looking for a snack.
I know why you wear those wellies!
So far, still no snakes spotted here.
Neighbor lost some eggs to a blacksnake recently.
Very good dogs!
Yeah , ya don't want them brought to you lol ! Our Miggs would play with it more then attack it lol here we get the odd guarder snake last year she walked right over one and didn't even notice it in the grass lol ! The dog there do a good job at keeping the critters at bay ! Thanks for sharing , Have a good day !
Snake patrol dogs!!!!
I need to borrow your dogs, every now and then I have a copperhead snake in my garden. He/she loves hanging around the flower pots when it's warm out.
Hmmm, seems that the critters need to put posted signs around your land so they don't run afoul of the dogs!
oh, bonnie... :)
i've got 2 snakes swimming across my pond, back and forth. and i killed our first copperhead about 2 weeks ago.
I hope she learns the turtles are of limits. Their worst predators include dogs. Good for her on snake hunting, though.
Awesome dogs!
We've got snappers and snakes in the pond- my son tried to run over a copperhead in the yard with his lawn mower but it went down a hole.. I do not like snakes! Poor little Sadie Mae would not be a match for even a tiny one I don't think.
Did they kill it?
Wow, they don't mess about do they. What happens if its poisonous? Looks like she's got some good teachers.
LOL Bonnie catches on fast. I tried to feel sorry for the snake but couldn't.
