Pretty cat! I love the pictures of him in the woods, it took me a second to realize what it was in that first picture. We have our own stray cat hanging around, but she is very wild. She got in the house accidentally the other day and went nuts! Definitely an outside cat.
Good Morning Gail! I don't think it is a question of how long it will stay but more like the question of how long before it adopts you. Don't think it will be long :)
You know that cat didn't just drop by. It means to hang around and eat some of your kibbles and then maybe stay on permanently. It's a pretty cat. I hope you take a liking to it!
Our children had a cat once. It went missing---for a long time. It later transpired that during its travels and hunting, one day, a woman from the village saw it and assumed it was a stray. Now it usually went hunting in a wood not far from the farm and she started to leave out food. Like some of the people say, it knew it was on to a good thing---and stayed away for ages. ..till we discovered why and the woman was "put right"....no food left in a dish in the wood...oh well, might as well go home!
It is a pretty and healthy looking cat. I wonder if he wandered away from home and got lost. I'm sure he knows there are other cats living at your house, so he knows there will be food somewhere.
We had one that looked JUST LIKE that! When he was a kitten he jumped through the car window in with my husband at a gass station.. Then after about a year he disappeared.... His name was Pumpkin!!
Sure is a pretty cat! I found a white one in our woods. Even adopted him as a wee kitten. I bottle fed him for weeks... he's the most loving cat I've ever had!
He turned out to be a beautiful flame point siamese!
In the first photo I thought it was a coyote! Nah - just a cat - and a healthy one. Wonder who it belongs to. Must of got word that a crazy woman named Gail was taking in borders and feeding them like crazy!

Oh, gee poor kitty. I have had so many visitors come and...stay. Why? Because I feed them.

So what are you going to name him? You know...when he moves in permanently.
