Geesh that is sad seeing those poor Sunflowers with their heads drooping down over the trunk. But I perk right up when you mention all those seeds!

It must be fun getting all those seeds out. That would be a job for me. I will have to plant sunflowers next year just for that fun job. They sure were pretty.

I'm amazed that they are ready to harvest now, too.Ours are nowhere near ready and already the nights are getting cooler and cooler down into the low60's.Fall will be here soon...and I want some sunflower seeds, too. hehe!Apples will be ready next month, though. I love Sunflowers. They are one of my most favorite flowers. It is sad to see them go.
