Indeed. I will then be inspired to complain about the cold weather.

Those pictures look good to me right about now Gail. Beautiful, by the way! Aahh, yes I appreciate the not-so-subtle reminder that this summer is fleeting and soon, we'll be experiencing cold and wet...at least that's most likely around here. Here in the PNW, we are expected to be in the upper 90's in a day or two and the heat wave is expected to last 4-5 days...it may kill me, as of late I seem completely unable to tolerate the heat. Heatstroke has gotten me once already and I seem incapable of the extremes. I am getting old, I guess. LOVE what you've done with your blog too!! Very cool! I've not been around in a while, and have'nt posted on mine since May. I can hardly believe it myself...maybe my well has run dry. Who knows. Be well my friend and take care.

What a nasty reminder that winter will be upon us sooner than I care to know. I can stay in out of the heat, and if I want to venture out to go shopping or something, I can in the summer, but, not in the winter. I still prefer the dog days of summer.

That's EXACTLY why I am not complaining about the heat!! I'd rather sweat than shiver any day!

I'm happy now! I will not be happy about the snow.

In the blast of winter, we'll be in the heat of Arizona....but at least it's DRY heat!

The picture is refreshing, though!

I know the temps are boilin' level a and the sweat is a porin' but this 'hot' chick is not ready for that. Nope, not now...not ever. I love to swim, wear biker shorts, flippies and swing my ponytail in the sunshine. :o)

Have a great day sweet Gail!!!

The local critters seem to be telling me winter will arrive early! I only hope I'm reading them wrong. (Smile). Personally at my age I feel I would be quite happy if the snow arrived around the second week in December, and left shortly after New Years day! ;) (I know - wishful thinking).
