Is that the plants name? Any way I like it. Looks like something you would sit in field and play with for hours. :)

Frost can be so pretty in the mornings, when it catches the sun's light just the right way. :)

Cool, Gail.
When I was living in Oregon we'd get this alot. It would look like it snowed... the trees & buildings were covered. It was actually quite beautiful!

Hmmm, you have a new header, I like it! A hoarfrost, it is one of those words that is just fun to say. Have a Happy Halloween At The Farm!

I don't think I've ever seen hoarfrost before.

What is that?! I've never seen anything like it and I'm fascinated about the name.

Love your new header, love the frost, too. Just thankful we don't have frost here - had enough to it when I was a kid.

Great photos. Frost and icicles can be very interesting to photograph especially with the sun shining on them making them twinkle ! I know alot of us dont like winter but the season makes for wonderful photos. Have a great day !

Wow, that's wonderful stuff. I don't think I've ever seen it before except here. I don't know if we have anything like it here. You must have a lot of humidity in the air. Or do you?

Lucky! The only thing frosty here is in the freezer!

Impressive photos, Gail. It's a beautiful subject. I just wish winter was on the way out and not just settling in.
