My Middle Sister
Thought
Johnny Walker
Was an Arrogant Bastard.
The rumor around the Barrio
Was Jameson
Enjoyed Rang Tang-ing
Captain Morgan.
The El Presidente
Thought his Cortozone
Would break but
In a Green Flash
It all ended.

Sharp! It would do for the "He saaid She said" poem at Poets United, too.
Lots of fun :)

this one is beyond me.. way beyond me...
I like it:) Hug B
An artist captures drawings with the minimum of lines and maximum of interpretation, dreams. I must reconsider if at that point before we become awash with imbibing spirits our focus is not better. I recall that I speak Spanish a little more fluently with a shot or two of vodka.
A great and yes sharp pattern here given a set of words, the spirits, well I suspect that anyone who could write this could take them or leave them, glad that is my case.
Wonderful way to use the prompt words!
Amazing how you threaded all those labels together into a single poem.
Sharp as a tack! Very good . . .
Paddy's is another . . . (Irish Whiskey, can now be found at some pubs in the states. ) ( I am an official Irish Whiskey taster from the Jameson Distillery near Co Cork Ireland.)
I kinda thought the same thing about Mr Walker...just saying...
Nice twist on booze. I loved it.
Have a fabulous day. :)
Haaaa!!!! How good did that work out. This cracked me up and using all of those without making sound hokey is way harder than anyone thinks. Great job! and by the way...I love the name of your blog. Thanks for coming out and playing!.
Those opening lines are just perfect!
super duper job with the booze names all lined up and making sense. Oma Linda
That one made me laugh! Was it supposed to? LOL
Good ending, where else would it go ~
Lovely work on the challenge ~
You had fun with this one, I can tell. So did I.
And I not only like the name of your blog, I love the "tale of tails, tenacity and tedium" line because I'm addicted to alliteration.

Good job, I think. Don't know all of those, though. :P
Loved every (hic!) of it. Must check out the site.
ha. and by the end of the poem
you are ready for a nasty hang over...
I like this one. I'm having fun reading them all
