Clear moving water
in places dry no more. What a blessing.
Wading in newly exposed gravel armed with two cameras
is always an adventure for me
A rejuvenating walk to see changes
and crawdad friends is a favorite pastime.
Places were widened where flood logs were removed.
Treasures found on a crisp fall day just lighten my spirit.
The blessings and the healing continues.

Love the pics from Rubber Booting . . .
More?
Good morning, I remember catching crayfish in a stream in my younger years.. What a lovely walk, I like your treasures. Have a happy day!
A walk in the country is good for the soul.
the only thing that could make this a better post is if my feet were in that water with you... you are blessed..
Loved this one! I hope to get up my courage and do the same later this morning! I don't walk nearly enough.
I will wait for the frost to melt away though!
A fun day rubber booting. Your treasures are a really cool find!
You know you're styling in those groovy boots!
Oooh, arrowheads and maybe a piece of pottery? Exciting. Yeah, don't slip and fall with those cameras. That would be tragic.
Like all the big rocks in that stream. So glad you're not dry anymore.
I will ink next week. I couldn't come up with a worthy limerick. I guess I have heard too many off colour ones. Ha!
just lovely.
Nice to have the refreshing water for a change...
You have such lovely clear water and beautiful country, Gail. :)
I have found ceramic like in the upper right corner of your last picture. Old pipe, I think. The gray piece in the middle almost looks like a half-made arrow head.
Thank you for sharing your outing, Gail. God bless. :)
How wonderful it is to see, hear and smell the rain...
