I have tried to avoid pictures of myself. Needless to say I am not the raving beauty I once was. My husband and I have grown up and out together. I have earned each gray hair and wrinkle with pleasure and pain. I work hard to maintain my body, takes a lot of ice cream to do it.
So here I am.

Gaaaaahhhhhhh!!!
So scary.....
Oh. That was just my reflection as I walked past the mirror.
(Really, though. Have you ever walked past the mirror, in the dark, and looked at your reflection. The skin on the back of my neck starts to crawl! I'm so scary. Scarier than you! lol!)
You've got a terrific smile and I think it's great that you introduced yourself. I love having a face to match up to the blogger. :)

Now I know you are too kind! I guess it is better than the goat's behind in a sack...not much but some.
Thanks for following my blog.
I love your picture, With a happy smile. We must be twins as I to exercise the same way. But I blame my hubby for the Grey hair. As I did not have any till he showed me one. Now I see them on my own. Have a great day.

You are so much braver than I am!!! I can just never quite seem to be able to put my picture up (Lisa has been encouraging me to, but I don't know...).
I know that it is silly, but I am NOT photogenic, and I often look really goofy in pictures, of course, maybe I look goofy in real life too...lol!!!
I LOVE your Halflinger!! My sister always says that she will one day get one...we will see.
I was reading your bio, and was quite touched by it. Your family seems like they are close.
Sorry about your mom and dad. Alzheimers is a terrible disease, because it is like you loose the person twice...once as the disease progresses, and then again when they pass on.
Your little goatleys are too cute, and I also like that handsome bull at the bottom of the page. Do you raise cattle at your farm/ranch?
Grammy: I try to exercise alot when I am inside. I get up from the computer and open the frige and carry something back to computer table. Cardiac exercise and weight lifting all in one.
Melanie: Thanks for coming by. Never forget your dreams, they will come true. Do not worry about photographs, because your heart will show and that is what counts most of all.
Yes, my husband raises Gelbvieh cattle. They are a gentle breed from Germany. They are good for milk, meat and for working(if trained) in yoke.
Hi there!
You are so funny my dear,
Nice to SEE you!
Guess what I ran into today..and I instantly started to humm a song from The sound of Music..it just struck me when I saw.....
... walkin down a road and there was a lonely goat..all white and spooked by us. Then, before our very eyes,...2-4-6-8 goats!A lonely goatherd!
You look great! What a smile! And the shirt says it all!!! Brav-o farm girl, Brav-o!
I am new to your blog, coming from Saturday Stalker at Redhead Riter. I just want to say that I like the way you look. You look happy, confident and someone I'd like to have for a friend if you were near me.
I love ice cream! Thanks for the chuckle!
I can't wait until my husband and I are older and we're able to say we grew old and out together.
NOTHING SCARY HERE!! ;D
I'm with Holly on this one. I saw nothing scary. I looked all over several of your posts trying to find your name, but couldn't find it. Anyway, when I look at your picture, I see honesty, love, and kindness. That's what matters.I'm like you are though I try to stay away form cameras. I would rather "remember me the way I used to look", back in the "day". I was also born in '54.
God Bless~

I guess I got here too late, as the pic was already taken down...
You are still beautiful. Everyone seeks the beauty inside them and I believe you have taken it out!! :)
