Local Labor Strike!

The machines came to a halt,
the laborers stopped in their tracks,
The soft meows of "NO MORE YARD WORK"
could be heard through out the valley.

I concur! and I love that chair. You know you ought to play with black and white on some these photos, they really are good. :)

Now if the cats actually helped. . .farm work would be much easier, lol!

Cute! I sure hope they are earning their keep by scaring off or snacking on any rodents. Then again, they make for a cute picture so maybe that's their calling!

Mama Boots is in on this strike as well. She sleeps on the tractor seat just to make sure that no one even considers breaking the strike!

Love your lazy kitties!

It's just perfect. It's like they're all taking their siesta. They may be on to something. What do you think?

Now and then, rebellion is necessary.

We should all take the hint that it's better to occasionally catnap.

Rudee - I totally agree with that catnap! I could use one right now. . .unfortunately, my work frowns upon sleeping on the job

Hehe. And you know that is absolutely true!

actually. . .they would probably frown at blogging on the job too. . .lol

Did you say, "No more pussy-footing around?" Groan. Sorry, I just had to do it! Those kitties are so cute!

You could always send the equipment my way! I would make it work!

Sweet surrender! Did you ever find the halter?

Cute! I love the chair. I had two of those metal chairs in KS--they were the only thing that didn't blow away! and comfy!

that's the way you do it! Who do those people think they are disturbing your naps with all those machines buzzing around??

We agree, meow, meow, meow, to yard work!!

Everyone wants peace and quiet once in awhile, even the adorable cats.

More "cat nap" time must be worked into their contract...then maybe they won't "strike" again...lol. Very cute photos!

What you gonna do? When it's nap time all work must cease. Those are adorable pics.

I love that old chair too, I would love to find a couple of those for my patio.
