We had hail
We had rain, lots of it, all at once.
The storm watchers waited on the basements steps..
As we watched the rain deepen.
The REAL storm watcher gave us an "All clear!"
We left the basement as Hubby began to redirect the water
with the Kubota.

so glad you are safe, i would love to have some of that rain, but not what went with it. love the wet dogs and wet hubby pics and the first and last are beautiful photos
Thankful that all are safe! We could sure used some of that rain though : )
well, i know you wanted the rain, but not the storms that sometimes bring it! glad all was well!
Wow what a storm. I am glad you have a basement. When my Dad first moved to Oklahoma his was filled with water. We went back there and pumped the water out of it and got it ready for him to take cover in. It is such a relief to me when there is a place to go to in a tornado. It seems late in the year for them to be around.
Scary stuff ! Glad you are all ok and it never touched down . Great photos . It has been cold, damp and rainy here at this rate I prefer sun and snow . Have a good day !
Great photos! Tornadoes at this time of year? So glad all are safe!
Gail,
The weather was terrible, temperatures dropped dramatically. Then it cruised toward your area. I'm so happy to hear everyone is okay and the tornadoes didn't come down.
Very scary! Glad you have a safe place to go when the sirens blare!
What a scare. So glad you had a basement - and family.
Wow glad it did not touch down. B
Sounds a lot like what we got here. There were tornado warnings South of us.
Glad to know you're all okay, Gail!
