a tale of tails, tenacity, and tedium, as told by me, usually barefoot and bellowing

Sweet Williams

grow along the fence.
One special sweet Williams grows in my heart.
Today is his 63rd birthday.
He's had three special dogs in his life
and
one wife.
Those who know me also know how close I came to losing this irritating, funny, lovable man.  I am thankful for not losing him most days.  The tractor has been a toy and a life saver since Hubby's abilities are limited.

We still manage to laugh even in the worst of times.  Forty-two years of living hell joyous partnership have been the death of me my reward and my pleasure.

I hope I die first because I wouldn't know how to drive the tractor live without you.

Happy Birthday, honey, hope there's a hundred more!

R and I had 51 years before his death. He could not have made it alone if I'd gone first. God knows what he's doing I think!
Like your William, R loved his tractor. I had to sell one and my one daughter wants his old one, his favorite. I'll be moving in the next 6 mos because I can't keep up this place. I have two acres to mow and have had to have someone else do it all summer.Just work I am not capable of now. You enjoy Wm every every day. And those flowers by the same name as well. Hugs. B
Happy BD Wm.

Gail, I could say the same thing about my husband, but you said it better, his birthday was in February and he was 76 and we have been married 53 years. He had a heart attack in 2004 and has done extremely well ever since. He is also short of breath and can't do as much physically as before but we are getting along so far.
