To Capture A Blue Jay

The Rebel and I keep trying
You can tell the Blue Jay appreciated my attention
His body language was very clear!

Ha, they do not stay still for long. Maybe you need a few peanuts, it will entice the jay to come closer.

Why is it that when I don't have my camera the birds pose and pose, but the second I have camera in hand, they fly away.. or flit from limb to limb.

They are cheeky here and tease me when it comes to photographing them they come down sit for just a second and just before I go to take their picture they take off the little buggers lol ! Then when I don't have my camera they are all over and taking their sweet time as if to say NAH , NAH !! Thanks for sharing , Have a good weekend !

Jays are big for birds that come to the feeder...they scare the others away...
