Sometimes The Rain Takes Things

into places we would never look
Can you tell what it is hiding under water?
Tractor Man's square nosed shovel was left toooo close to rising water.
Recovered and on higher ground now.

Looks like what we called a tile spade. And yes, water can steal a lot of things.

I guess that's one way to give it a good washing! Glad you found it!

I guessed it! But it is hard to see, you must have good eyes! It must be a strong current to carry that away!

That is a strong current if it took a shovel.

I was going to say a snake til I looked closer!

Were you able to retrieve it, or was it stuck and embedded into the rocks and soil? Sure is a way of finding missing tools :=)

Rain washes so many things away, whether temporarily or permanently. At least it was just a shovel!
