I always learn something new here. What the heck is a dirt dauber? Hmmm..... so I google it and what comes up? Your web site! Ha ha! It's a wasp? I really wasn't raised in a cave, but it sure appears that way! I'm just a dumb city chick!
AS always one of my favorite days of the week to see what you have found that is in a row. You always amaze me. You know I just can't get the story of the blue butterfly off of my mind. I just keep thinking about it. It really touched me. Thanks for you post it always makes me happy.
I've never heard of a dirt dauber, but I recognize a wasp's nest when I see one. When I googled it,I found a dirt dauber band and way down the page, a description of the wasps.

Always love your things in a row!
The stone wall, with its triangular stones, is very interesting to look at.
Oh that is really cool, made me smile things in a row, hugs, have a blessed day
Frankly, I'd be happy there was no one home. ;)
The ones at the farm are mostly round. Need to spray them all down and paint sometime...
very clever pics :)
I love this post. And I love the poems that accompany the photos :)
You're a creative soul.
Those dirt dauber houses look strange things, what lives in them? We don't have anything like that here.
Great things in a row. Love the toes, so you have had rain? I'd love to sink my toes in some mud. :)

Good job! I am still tempted to try this sometime, but worry about becoming another obsession, which I don't need.
Oh, these are wonderful photos, Gail. I'll have to stop over at that meme and contribute sometime. :)
Beautiful photos and beautifully written. As usual!
Fun photos, Gail. I'm always looking forward to see what you'll come up with. You never disappoint.
love the muddy toes the most! in Indiana, we call them mud daubers.
