My Dad was from a place called Ringold Oklahoma, he said that when he was little he would stub his toe on white and pick quartz as big as his head. It used to intrigue me that it could be like that. It looks like you have picked up some really nice rocks. Those amethysts are just beautiful.

Beautiful rocks!
Can you imagine all the history centered around these rocks?

Beautiful . . . , working?
I've heard about crystals- but didn't know amethysts had any healing properties. Did it work?
Oooh pretty! I love amethysts... my birthstone!
Shiny! The one in the middle has a face. Looks like a fish. No, I have no idea where that came from...

Gail, I'm telling you...that rock my girlfriend gave me...every time I touch it, I either get money or something good happens!...:)JP
You mean you have amethysts lying around? Put some around your neck. Those will do wonders for you!
Beautiful. I always think of the history within each one. I love to look for stones along the agate beaches of the Great Lakes.

We have lots of mineral rocks here in NV. The kids found a crystal one and it sits on my kitchen windowsill.
There's some pretty color in those rocks!
Great photo! :o)
Hope they do!
One thing's for sure; they are gorgeous.
