a tale of tails, tenacity, and tedium, as told by me, usually barefoot and bellowing

Sometimes I Go Out

in the real world but not often.  This day we had errands to run.  We needed hydraulic fluid for the tractor (liquid gold) filters and oil for the tractor and the gator too.
Hubby has to keep his toys running well
and sparkly clean.
He dislikes pictures and tried to run me off with the water hose.
It didn't work.
Nephew Toni, Hubby and I decided it was a good day to visit Fred's Fish House.  We had enough for another meal.
I had frog legs and fish.
Saved the frog bones.
Toni said his mom and I were only people he knew
that saved bones from their food.
I've some wonderfully creative ideas for my frog legs.

As long as the legs don't go near the frogs...the real frogs, that is! Shopping will give you a break...:)JP

I can hardly wait to see what you do with the frog bones. I once used chicken thigh bones to do a piece of "arte", I should boiled the bones first unfortunately, but hey, it was fun.

The food looks delicious! I have never eaten frogs, though...I can't help but think of Kermie! Although, I do eat pork, in spite if Miss Piggy...ha!

Neat photo of the tractor and fire! I've never tried frog legs; they sound interesting! My dad once an elderly friend who would pile her plate high with chicken at buffets, and by the time she was done with her meal not even the bones were left (I think she took them home to make bone soup).

I am happy to be back and hear you had a fried fish and frog leg meal. Frog bones creations, oh my, what will you come up with next!

I don't know whether I'm more surprised that you have a restaurant that serves frog legs or that you have something to do with the bones!

Wow, Fred's Place sure can dish out great meals - that would do me 3 meals for sure. I knew you would take the bones home and am anticipating what you will do with them. That first photo is really good with the flames n smoke captured - jeepers how close were you anyways?. My friend has 40 turkeys living in her back yard. Wish we could hunt them. I can remember my Dad bringing some home "a long time ago". Cheers, Hi to all n hugz to Marcy.

My hubby has finally given up on me taking his picture as long as I don't do close-ups!

I always warn him I may put them on my blog; he just gives me a certain look!

That food! We love eating at a fish house. I don't know about the frog legs, even though mama used to cook them when daddy brought some home.

I think I'd rather go fish than frog.
