The Roof Trick

I knew I would be photographed so I carefully applied makeup, styled my hair and wore the most slimming clothes I could find. I was going to be ready for the Marcy camera...not! I was dressed to work and work we did.

I am preparing to repair the shop lean to roof that has been flopping tin for weeks. Got the drill, got the screws, up in the bucket I go.

Ooops! Forgot the hammer.

New hammer hander tool, hubby had fun with this!

Hubby decides to join me!

Andrew letting us down and up and down...

Notice the laughter on Andrew's face and I may be wrong, but I think that is hand signals from hubby.

Gail,
Well, it kind of looks like fun to go up and down in that bucket. One would have to mix some fun with all the work you guys do in one day!!

Wow. You guys get a lot of work done on weekends. I still think if I bulldozed everything here, my life would be so much simpler. You made the chore look fun.

What a fun way to fix the roof. Much better than with a ladder. Ingenuity at work.

You can be glad Grandson knew which handle did what, he could have dumped you two, instead of putting you up and down. lol...

SNORT!!! I am totally laughing right now....Andrew and your hubby had too much fun at your expense. I wish I could have been driving the tractor with you up there. I wouold have been laughing with tears running down my face. I have been known to be a prankster, too.

Yay Marcy for capturing the best pictures of the week!

That was probably hard work, but is sure looked like fun up in that bucket! You are one brave lady, I wouldn't have the nerve to go up like that.

You couldn't look lovelier, Gail! Especially for working on a roof. It looks like you may be correct about that last photo!
