As the heat climbed, we headed for shade.
The current is cleaing the water
and this evening it will be clear once more.

I had no idea about clearing, or that you had to. Interesting. The dogs look like they had a great time. Another job to check off the list eh?
I don't think you showed all the hard work you had to do in the terrible heat. Is there another post describing that?

i swear it is so weird to see border collies in the water like that. boscoe, as i've told you before, has never been swimming. he doesn't even like drinking out of a quiet little stream.
Dogs and water. A perfect match. Our old girl would go in no matter how cold it was. Brrrr.

Happy looking pups! I envy you your summer, it's decidedly "brrrrr" around here!
I love that they're working but aren't aware of that. Too bad work doesn't feel that way to us humans.
