Special Bulletin!!!!

Rain, blessed rain fell today.  Best Anniversary ever.  I sat on the porch with tea and camera in hand watching the life giving rain finally falling in our parched valley.
It thundered, it rained.  I knelt on the couch facing the window blowing wind and rain in my face.

An amazing gift for a wonderful day.  The living plant kingdom sighed and drank in each drop.  The dust washed off plants and allowed them to breath again.
An inch of pure gold fell on this parched farm. We are so blessed and grateful for the gift.  Power outages and strong winds were a small price to pay for such a long needed blessing.

A Greater Power blessed us today...a wonderful anniversary.

Yes! Rain is a blessing for sure! We sure could use some of that moisture in New Mexico, too. It's so dry here and fire season has already begun.

Happy Anniversary Gail!

Thank the Lord! I'm glad you finally received some moisture.
Now it will surely green up for you

I am glad the rain fell for you today Gail - very deserving. I'm picturing you on the old couch, sipping tea, with the wind and rain in your face. We get quite a bit of rain here in Atlantic Canada, there's always storms brewing in the Bay of Fundy and we actually had a dry spell for three weeks once. I felt like I was in another world - it was warm and sunny and then the rain came back. We were glad for our crops n such.
Have a great day.

We're certainly getting our share of the blessings here. It's been raining a lot. I think it can stop now, it's been enough. I'll gladly send some your way. xox

You are apparently easy to please. Today we finally saw the sun...first time in 4 days (just in time for a new work week).
