Every time I spot deer, I watch too. Helena people have carved their way into the mountains so the deer have found new homes in town. Tit or Tat. They have ruined most of my trees but so what, so does the lack of moisture that has taken hold of our state. Many of them find refuge in my rock garden.
Anyone who loves animals is okay by me! I'm an admin at a page called Animal Anarchy on Facebook. I don't know if you do Facebook, but if you do, look us up!
Nice shots! I had a herd of antelope run out in front of me this morning on my way to work! Grabbed the camera and got a shot....of them watching me from the other side of the road.

Looks like you have a pretty healthy herd too! St. Patrick's Day feast consists of corned venison roast brining in the fridge as we speak : )
Beautiful!
That's a pretty crew- I rarely see that many together.
I never tire of seeing that:) B

Years ago, I used to see huge herds,... now we are lucky if we see two together.
Watching you watch them watching you... wow, that could go on forever!
Awesome shots. Like you were on safari or something.
Yep, they know what's up!
