a tale of tails, tenacity, and tedium, as told by me, usually barefoot and bellowing

Frumpy Weather...

A small fence to keep you from driving in the river...
If I was determined
this fence would not stop me.
Then I wonder about the people along the road
that need a fence to tell them NOT to drive in the river.
That worries me a little.
for Good Fences.
Throwing in a little bit of everything fence.

I don't make resolutions.
I attract personal challenges.

I am grateful for many things...
I have only one ace bandage on
My pants have an elastic waist band
My rings still slip over my enlarged joints.

I have learned how to be...
a short order cook,
a nurse,
and a deceptively cheerful person.

May 2015 not top these accomplishments.
Happy New Year!

Deceptively cheerful isn't all bad….act as if, right?

Had to chuckle at your fence comments…and wholeheartedly agree.

Happy New Year, Gail. I hope 2015 treats you well, and I hope it treats me well, too.

Well some people are just a little "dense" when it comes to not driving into a river. - Seriously I liked both fence shots and your sense of humor.
Happy New Year.

That is scary thinking about the people who need that fence! At least it serves a good purpose. Have a wonderful year!

You always have a way of making my day! I like how you think, and I agree completely on your thoughts of that first fence. I like your title, our weather sure has changed into the winter that it normally is around these parts. Thankfully we can go outside again with less worry of instant frostbite, but those days will be back again in a week! Just another joy of another Minnesota winter. It's why we live here of course! Happy New Year to you Gail!

Its all about the sense of humour that comes with the post - sometimes dark, sometimes light, sometimes????.....but, its there and its real. You make me laugh and you make it real - just the way you are - Thanks just for being you kiddo.

I like your "tell it like it is" approach!
My favorite pants to wear, have an elastic waist!
I don't mind . . . at all!
No resolutions for me . . . I just think about enjoyment!
Happy morning, day, eve my friend . . .
