The Junk Feeders

You have met these
and the bird vote is in.  They are a success.  Of course the birds aren't very picky and will eat on the ground and from dog food bowls.
In fact, there are a few dog food connoisseurs in our bird flock.
Remember this piece, crooked on a stick?
I added this
Bird inspected.
Bird tested.
Bird approved.

Great use of throw-a-way items! The snow is gone so my birds my have to forage some. They are eating a lot of black oil sunflower seeds!

Very clever! Why spend good money on birdfeeders when you can create your own?

You are too clever, my friend.

My grandfather fed birds for years, and I don't think he ever bought a feeder.

I'm sure they appreciate food no matter what it's served in.

Those are creative bird feeders! Me, I just toss bird seed on the patio deck. I really should invest in a a feeder.

I am amazed how you recycle but manage to make it all look good as well as functional. Such a fertile mind you have.
