Tractor Man Update...

Three hours through POURING rain to my favorite part of the state...the big capitol city.  Twenty yards visibility driving until I arrived and now the rains have stopped.

I have delivered real pants...soft knit ones...so Hubby will not flash every one.  I don't know why he doesn't love these gowns!!!!  While I'm waiting I shall copy a pattern from his gown so I can sew some just for him when we return home.

Tractor Man is not skinned yet nor been put out to dry.  He has been poked, prodded and questioned constantly.  The Mighty Collective are putting their heads together to decide what is the best approach.

He has discovered new talents like peeing in jars and wiping the floor with one napkin and a foot.  He has more wires than the grand boys' PS3 and tv put together.

He breathes, he lives. He sits up because he can't breath laying down.

I can feel the prayers surrounding us.

Thank you...will do updates til my battery dies or I find a plugin.

Three PM and nothing  yet...gotta love those swift answers.

Isn't it amazing that we really can feel the power of prayer? Know that they are continuing on your man's and your behalf! Hurry and wait my friend...see what mischief you can come up with in that hospital. :)

Gota love your humor ! Hey wish I can pee in a jar with out a mess all though using a funnel would work for us women then we could pee in the forest like the guys do when nature calls with out it running down our legs lol . Thinking of you both always and sending prayers that all is well and good ! Oh and tell hubby to leave the nurses alone cheeky bugger !

Those Doctors & Nurses sure move at their own pace. Crossing fingers the news is good & you guys can move forward with the next stage.

I am so glad you can sense our presence there waiting with you, that's one thing I love about the people of Blogville, deep down we really are family and we truly care. I don't care much for those sexy air-conditioned gowns either, you were so sweet to bring him some pants! :-)

Your job is to ply yourself with awful coffee or tea and plastic hospital food and smile and hold his hand and bring what he needs to him.
Been through this so often over the years that I could write a guide to the ins and outs of a hospital stay.
Praying that they get those tests back and read and give you some answers.
Blessings, Barb

Evening came and the Church Bells rang as I walked past this evening. I stopped and watched the sun set and stood silent for a moment, listening to the Bells. I said a prayer for TM - I asked God for his blessing to keep a watch on your fella. All we can do is ask. Hope you find a plug for your laptop Gail. Know, even without reading, we are all thinking of you n yours . lol

Sometimes those tests and results take forever, especially on the weekend hopefully you will find something out before Monday. Those hospital gowns are something else:)

Gail,

Joking helps one get through the difficult times. Plus it helps keep you healthy and in good spirits. Keep up the jokes, and we all will keep up the prayers. In fact, I went outside and did a rain dance to the Gods for you and Dennis. I think the Gods didn't like seeing my naked body dancing. The Gods sent lightning bolts to the ground, I think he was telling me to get inside and cover that nakedness up, lol..... Sending love and hugs your way. Be safe if you're traveling on the road tonight. I hope you get to stay there and not travel in the dark.

You have to assume that many wise heads are putting theirs together and trying to come up with the answers.

Oh Gail, so sorry to hear about your hubby's troubles. Seems like you just got your sister back on her feet. Take good care of him and for pete's sake, make him get that peeing in a jar thing out of his system before he comes home. You take good care of yourself too. Lots of good, healing, thoughts coming your way.
