Bale Jumping Hay Day


Maggie, Melissa, and Jake

Melissa and Zander

Gen, Jake and Andrew

My grandsons:  Jake, Andrew and Zander

Zander and Aunt Marcy, my sister

I rescued Jake from Papa

We jumped and ran

Saved Jake again from Papa.

Tried to take a family photo.
Daughters Melissa and Maria and the grandsons.

Rescued Jake again!

It was a magnificent day!  The skies were clear, the air was warm and our hearts were full.

Was this very recently? I can't imagine it ever being warm enough again to venture out without vest, polo shirt, heavy woollen jersey and thick anorak! It feels reasonable now if the temperature gets above freezing!

Sierra and Mireya LOVE to jump the big hay bales - it can occupy them for an entire day. Glad to hear you've had beautiful weather!

Wow - look at what I have missed in my life! Now I'd be afraid to do it for fear I'd break a hip or something! But it sure does look like fun! Glad you rescued Jake from old Grandpa!
