Yoda Overload and Farm View

Almost the same view as the header, I prefer the header.

Yoda testing his new sweater for comfort in going potty.

I have been unable to find a coat for him.

He has very strange measurements.

I gave up the search and made a sweater out of two socks.

Seymour, checking out the new threads.

This mismatched, stretched out pair of socks has found a new purpose.

I had on all the clothes I could wear.

I was only half as cute as Yoda.
See what pleasure we can find in throwaways?
The socks and the dog.

That's a terrific outfit! Let me know if you need more socks. :)

Yoda is so precious and the socks seem to be just perfect!

You must not know any knitters...

BTW, you have more snow than I do in Detroit. I prefer your header photo also.

What an adorable use of an old sock. Yoda seems to be enjoying both the sweater and the snow!

Have a great day!

I had a St. Bernard once who hated the snow. I guess I should have made him a coat but I don't know where I would have got enough socks.
I also prefer the header picture.

The picture of Yoda and Seymour is priceless. How could anyone not love that little face? What a great way to recycle socks.

I love your summer header, too!

I'm still trying to figure out what Yoda is. He's little - I'm thinkin' a little Yorkie, maybe a little Pom or a little Chihuahua. He's so cute!

You should show us all how to make a sock sweater. I need one for my chihuahua! She is freezing and the last one (and only one I bought her) she hates and rolls it off against the couch!

I wish my dog would fit in socks. The problem would be easily solved. Maybe I can cut down a sweater for him. Cute idea!

That's a great idea, socks for sweater. If you have a minute go look at my sisters Mastiff. Musings from Fairlight (my blog list) She made it out of a vest I think. So tell Yoda even big dogs get coats.

I am so mad at myself because when I was watching some show on Animal Planet the other day, there was a breed of dog that looked EXACTLY like Yoda! I said to my daughter, "My blog buddy has a rescue dog just like that! I have to tell her." And I can't remember what they said it was! Wah!

Thank you so much for the cards and for the Bible! So pretty! I'm sending my mom a card. She's very sick in the hospital and I'm sure it will cheer her up to see something so beautiful that someone actually made!

Yoda is just too darn cute. And the sock idea -- brilliant!

So does this mean you want all our old, stretched out socks so Yoda can have a whole wardrobe? LOL!

And, by the way, thanks for that photo of Yoda peeing. Yeah. Just great. Made me think of that wise saying, "DON'T EAT YELLOW SNOW."
